Responsibilities
- Design and implement data ingestion solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data related technologies
- Manage code review and testing of solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications
- Build collaborative partnerships with data solution architects and key individuals within other functional groups
- Write the development documentation
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Software Engineering
- Strong experience with Snowflake and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Robust programming skills in Python and experience with Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
- Comprehensive understanding of Cloud Native and Big Data related technologies
- Experience in configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
