Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues using tools for debugging, tracing, and logging across various platforms

Identify areas for improvement in security processes and recommend long-term, actionable enhancements

Mentor and train team members to expand their knowledge and expertise in IAM best practices

Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of Endpoint Privileged Management systems

Create scalable strategies to meet the future needs of IAM systems and ensure compliance with evolving requirements

Stay informed about emerging security technologies and industry developments to foster innovation

At least 3 years of experience working with Endpoint Privileged Management tools and technologies

Strong expertise in implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, including familiarity with SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols

Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed

Experience in HTTP debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Fiddler or SAML-Tracer

Solid knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP Directory Services, including the ability to query and update data using scripting

Experience working with SecureAuth IdP

Knowledge of implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across various platforms

Familiarity with Virtual Directory Services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Management concepts, and cloud-based authentication technologies
