Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data software systems and applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of data software with other systems and applications
- Define and implement data governance and security policies
- Troubleshoot and debug data software issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data software systems and applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data software engineering
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data software engineering, with a focus on Amazon Web Services
- Expertise in Python programming and Big Data technologies, including Snowflake
- Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Glue for ETL
- Familiarity with AWS Step Functions for serverless orchestration
