Design and implement security strategies to protect key system assets while aligning with organizational goals

Collaborate with security teams to evaluate emerging risks and develop appropriate countermeasures

Integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies into enterprise systems in compliance with security policies

Diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues using debugging, logging, and tracing tools across various platforms

Identify opportunities to improve security processes and recommend practical solutions

Mentor team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices in Identity and Access Management

Manage the performance and reliability of Endpoint Privileged Management systems

Establish and execute comprehensive plans for scaling and maintaining IAM solutions over time

Stay informed about advancements in security technologies and incorporate innovations into existing systems

At least 5 years of experience working with Endpoint Privileged Management tools and technologies

Deep understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including expertise in protocols like SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, and PowerShell, with the ability to learn new languages as needed

Strong skills in HTTP debugging and problem-solving using tools like Fiddler or SAML-Tracer

Experience with Active Directory or LDAP Directory Services, including the ability to query and modify data programmatically

Practical experience with SecureAuth IdP

Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions across various environments

Knowledge of Virtual Directory Services, Certificates/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Management concepts, and cloud-based authentication technologies
