Build, optimize, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end solutions

Develop and implement microservices and RESTful APIs to meet business requirements

Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the codebase

Perform code reviews to maintain quality standards and ensure consistency across the team

Promote development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration processes

Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to align with team goals and project timelines

Assist with project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of tasks

Support and mentor junior developers while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of professional experience in software development

Proficiency in Java programming

Experience developing applications with Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with JUnit for unit testing

Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful APIs

Working knowledge of SQL for database management and operations

Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Background in the financial services industry, particularly in wealth management

Experience with Spring Batch for batch processing workflows

Knowledge of Java Microservice Infrastructure

Understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns

Experience using MongoDB for database management
