At least 8 years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Science

A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid settings

Previous management of teams with at least 20 members

Completion of at least 5 full project cycles or high-profile product launches

Leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI

Proven showcase of designing and implementing ML/AI solutions

In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and model variations

Capability to influence senior stakeholders to secure project backing

Strong competency in conveying complex technical subjects to varied audiences

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Flexibility to translate intricate business needs into actionable ML/AI solutions
