Lead complex data science projects, driving them from conception through deployment

Design and implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning models and analytical solutions

Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for analytical prototypes and tools

Mentor junior team members, fostering their technical growth

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role

Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL

Advanced experience with machine learning frameworks (sklearn, scipy)

Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using pandas and numpy

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Plotly and Matplotlib

Solid experience working in cloud-based ecosystems like Databricks and Hue

Proficient in designing and developing machine learning models for supervised and unsupervised tasks

Proven track record of developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, preferably in Tableau

Strong collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership
