Responsibilities
- Assist users on-site and remotely with IT-related problems
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and scanners
- Liaise with service providers and network teams for technical support
- Manage technology equipment in conference rooms
- Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLA
- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Handle incident ticketing and deliver swift solutions
- Oversee maintenance of the server room
- Organize and maintain IT cabling
- Adhere to IT protocols and procedures
- Update and maintain hardware inventory records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support roles
- Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft operating system troubleshooting
- Client-focused mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to challenges
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to follow supervisor instructions
- Dedication to meeting deadlines and task completion
- English proficiency at intermediate level
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or comparable ITSM tools
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Polish language skills
- Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
