Support internal and external product engineering teams in enhancing cost efficiency, quality, and delivery speed

Gather essential insights via formal and informal interviews, surveys, and analysis of system data

Develop and promote collaborative solutions through various workshop formats

Craft and tailor concise, clear messages for executives on implementing change

Contribute to the consulting practice by creating new service offerings and refining methodologies

Integrate AI and automation insights into consulting engagements

Conduct domain research in engineering, operations, organizational design, architecture, data, and product management

Prepare and present publications and talks both inside and outside the firm

Engage in presales and sales efforts including responding to RFPs, attending executive meetings, preparing proposals, and developing statements of work

Advanced graduate degree such as a master's, MBA, or PhD

Over 9 years of experience in software industry sectors including engineering, infrastructure, QA, architecture, or data science

Comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle

Experience with software development methodologies such as SCRUM, XP, Kanban, and SAFe

Mastery of engineering best practices including test-driven development, pair programming, code review, continuous integration, trunk-based development, feature toggling, test automation, and infrastructure as code

Hands-on experience leading workshops at director and executive levels

Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Python or R for complex data analysis

Background in business development or presales activities involving proposal creation and client presentations

Strong English communication skills, both oral and written

Collaborative team player with excellent facilitation and moderation skills

Proficiency in Spanish language
