Responsibilities
- Develop and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow
- Implement automation tools to enhance deployment workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists to improve data accessibility and functionality
- Monitor data systems to detect and resolve performance issues
- Create and maintain documentation for data workflows and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform routine quality assessments to maintain system reliability
- Participate in team discussions and provide updates on project progress
- Support team members by sharing expertise in data tools and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline technologies such as Apache Kafka
- Expertise in containerization platforms like Docker
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services
- Proven experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Effective communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for technical documentation and communication
Nice to have
- Experience with system monitoring tools like Prometheus for performance tracking
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices
- Ability to excel in dynamic, high-pressure work environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to promote effective team collaboration
