Work together with the Poland Primary People Partner to develop and execute location strategies for assigned units in Poland

Support a range of HR processes, including employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, initially with guidance and later independently

Coordinate with the core leadership team to incorporate business insights into daily HR activities

Assist unit management in auditing local programs and frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws

Take part in organizing and contributing to town halls and unit events, encouraging employee participation in office activities

Engage with the Shared Service Center and collaborate with various process participants on different HR-related tasks and issues

Previous experience supporting HR functions in a technology or commercial environment

Minimum of 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory position

Ability to handle pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships, earning trust, and offering thoughtful, timely guidance

Proactive, confident, energetic, and positive approach to work

Fluent English language skills

Solid understanding and practical use of Polish Labor Law, with experience in HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention initiatives, and salary review considered an advantage

Willingness and ability to work from the office two days per week in one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or Warsaw
