Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment

Lead workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for stakeholders and users on Salesforce features

Proven experience in Salesforce consulting with over 5 years in business analysis

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including CPQ and configuration capabilities

Ability to analyze and document intricate business processes and workflows

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between technical teams and business units

Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans

Detail-focused with a commitment to data accuracy and solution compliance

Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills

English proficiency at B2+ level
