Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications

Design, model, implement, and test solutions using SAP programming standards

Work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver integrated SAP solutions

Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) development cycles as part of an Agile team

Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs through the creation and execution of test cases

Review specifications and designs to uphold development standards

Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and established guidelines

Optimize and streamline delivery processes to improve efficiency and quality

Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment between team efforts and project objectives

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to support successful project outcomes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field

At least 5 years of experience in SAP development

Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Architect, Manager, Lead, Owner, or Coordinator

At least 1 year of experience managing teams with 5 or more members

Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP project implementations or experience launching a product or significant product feature to market

Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and software/application architecture principles

Advanced knowledge of ABAP programming, including ABAP OO and Design Patterns

Practical experience with ABAP for SAP S/4HANA, including CDS views, Fiori elements, and SmartTemplates

Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver Gateway and OData services

Expertise in ABAP frameworks such as BOPF and BOL

Strong understanding of tools and techniques like ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, and Runtime Analysis

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas

SAP certifications

Foundational understanding of SAP systems and a solid grasp of SAP S/4HANA functional areas

Knowledge of SAPUI5, SAP HANA Platform, and SAP Cloud Platform

Familiarity with ABAP PaaS development approaches, including Side-by-Side Extensibility, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Cloud SDK, and RESTful ABAP
