Analyze and clarify the customer’s business requirements

Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately captured

Ensure timely resolution of project challenges and critical tasks

Promote best practices in SAP HCM implementations and custom solutions

3+ years of experience in SAP HCM and related Business Analysis

Background in project stakeholder management, customer engagement, and communication strategies

Capability to deliver functional specifications and acceptance criteria documentation

Proficiency in working with UX and solution architects within SAP environments

Understanding of end-to-end implementation, testing, and support methodologies

Familiarity with SAP project lifecycle management and troubleshooting techniques

English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
