Develop ML solutions, define project scopes, and oversee teams from the sales phase through to project delivery

Support sales and pre-sales initiatives, assessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and preparing proposal presentations

8+ years of experience in IT with a significant background in Data Science

3+ years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid settings

Experience in managing teams of 20 or more members

Participation in 5 or more complete project cycles or major product launches

Leadership experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI

A proven track record of designing and implementing ML/AI solutions

Knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and various ML models

Capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure project support or funding

Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Understanding of complex business requirements with the capability to deliver viable ML/AI solutions

Familiarity with highly regulated industries or experience in regulatory technology roles

Background in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Advanced proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication and relationship management
