Lead the automation of migration processes to enhance operational efficiency

Oversee the development of control plans for automating provisioning and simplifying the customer onboarding process

Manage the implementation and maintenance of personal health record systems within our product suite

Guide the design and development of Java-based components and interfaces

Supervise all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines

Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to ensure high-quality output

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team

Drive the integration of new technologies and frameworks to keep our solutions at the cutting edge

Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to align development objectives with business goals

Provide technical leadership in problem-solving and decision-making during project challenges

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Java Developer

At least one year of experience in leadership and team management

Demonstrated participation in at least one full cycle project or multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle

Expertise in Spring framework for robust back-end development

Proficiency in AWS for deploying and managing applications in the cloud

Experience with JUnit for effective unit testing of Java applications

Knowledge of JAX for building and deploying web services

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud environments and their application in enterprise solutions

Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
