Responsibilities
- Lead the automation of migration processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee the development of control plans for automating provisioning and simplifying the customer onboarding process
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of personal health record systems within our product suite
- Guide the design and development of Java-based components and interfaces
- Supervise all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines
- Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to ensure high-quality output
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team
- Drive the integration of new technologies and frameworks to keep our solutions at the cutting edge
- Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to align development objectives with business goals
- Provide technical leadership in problem-solving and decision-making during project challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Java Developer
- At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
- Demonstrated participation in at least one full cycle project or multiple projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Expertise in Spring framework for robust back-end development
- Proficiency in AWS for deploying and managing applications in the cloud
- Experience with JUnit for effective unit testing of Java applications
- Knowledge of JAX for building and deploying web services
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud environments and their application in enterprise solutions
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
