Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS to support business applications
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Automate infrastructure setup and configuration using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
- Monitor and fine-tune cloud environments to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, and Atlassian products
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within cloud environments to ensure system stability
- Manage databases such as Oracle RDBMS and MySQL in cloud-based systems
- Perform administrative tasks for Linux and Windows systems to support cloud operations
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or similar roles
- Advanced expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its suite of services
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Familiarity with configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Saltstack
- Strong scripting abilities in Python and Bash for automation purposes
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, and Atlassian platforms
- Knowledge of database management systems like Oracle RDBMS and MySQL
- Background in Linux and Windows system administration within cloud environments
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
