Extensive background in IT with at least 8 years of experience and a strong focus on Data Science

Leadership experience spanning at least 3 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid environments

Experience managing teams comprising at least 20 members

Completion of 5 or more full project cycles or major product launches

Leadership expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI

Proven success in designing and delivering ML/AI solutions

Knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and diverse ML models

Capability to influence and align senior stakeholders to gain project support or funding

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts across varied audiences

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Understanding complex business requirements and translating them into actionable ML/AI solutions

Background in regulated industries or regulatory technology roles

Showcase of cloud platform expertise, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

Advanced proficiency in English for clear communication and relationship management
