Lead a team of SAP specialists, providing strategic direction and oversight for all SAP Logistics operations

Build, mentor, and manage high-performing SAP Logistics teams across multiple global locations

Supervise all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, performance management, career development, and compensation

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance SAP Logistics capabilities and align with organizational objectives

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to craft proposals and develop project statements of work

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and performance expectations

Ensure the adoption and implementation of SAP Logistics best practices across all operations

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Engineering roles

At least 5 years of experience in leadership or management roles, such as Lead, Manager, Architect, or Coordinator

A minimum of 3 years managing teams of 40 or more employees

Participation in at least 8 full-cycle SAP implementations or experience launching 2 products or core capabilities to market

Extensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM) with hands-on experience in implementation and optimization

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders

Certifications in SAP Logistics modules such as SCM or related areas
