Work with the Poland Primary People Partner to develop and implement location strategies for designated units in Poland

Assist with a range of HR activities, including employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, beginning with oversight and moving toward independent management

Partner with the core leadership team to bring business insights into daily HR practices

Help unit management assess local programs and frameworks to ensure compliance with Polish labor law

Take part in organizing and running town halls and unit events, encouraging employees to participate in office-based initiatives

Cooperate with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with various stakeholders on a wide array of HR topics

Background in supporting HR functions in a technology or commercial environment

Minimum of 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory role

Ability to work well under pressure, manage several priorities, and keep tasks organized

Strong interpersonal skills for building trust, nurturing relationships, and offering timely, thoughtful assistance

Energetic, proactive, confident, and positive approach to work

Fluency in English

Solid understanding of Polish Labor Law, with practical experience in HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention activities, and salary review considered an advantage

Willingness to work from the office two days per week in one of the following cities: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or Warsaw
