Design and create automated test frameworks using JavaScript and TypeScript

Develop and execute automated test cases leveraging Playwright for web testing

Utilize the Chai Assertion Library to write clear, reusable, and maintainable test scripts

Implement behavior-driven development (BDD) testing strategies using Cucumber JS

Maintain and manage test scripts and repositories using Git for version control

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine test strategies and approaches

Identify, analyze, and document defects to support continuous improvement in automation processes

Contribute to discussions on improving testing methodologies and best practices

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in test automation using JavaScript and TypeScript

Hands-on experience with Playwright for automating web-based applications

Strong knowledge of the Chai Assertion Library for creating robust and reusable tests

Proficiency in implementing BDD frameworks using Cucumber JS

Experience using Git for version control and collaboration across teams

Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills at a B2+ level or higher

Familiarity with BitBucket for managing code repositories

Understanding of Jenkins for automating continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Experience using Jira for tracking tasks and managing projects

Knowledge of the Xray plugin for Jira to integrate test management into workflows
