Design and implement platform solutions that meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes

Collaborate with software development teams to integrate platform services into application workflows

Ensure platform security by implementing best practices across all systems and processes

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and minimal downtime

Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform engineering practices and methodologies

Work closely with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in platform engineering

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and their implementation

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform

Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Familiarity with additional tools and frameworks used in platform engineering

Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments with evolving technical needs
