Drive generative AI projects by identifying valuable business opportunities for these technologies

Create, test, and refine new generative AI models and approaches

Assess how generative AI models perform and add value in real-world scenarios

Review and apply insights from current scientific publications to guide technical decisions

Develop and verify generative AI solutions that meet client needs

Collaborate with machine learning engineers throughout the research and deployment process

Work with product managers and business teams to define clear objectives and use cases for generative AI

Present results to stakeholders, making technical outcomes understandable and relevant for business

At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, with a focus on building generative models including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or Diffusion models

Experience in computer vision and natural language processing, working with multimodal data such as images, text, and audio

Practical experience with OpenAI GPT-x and model fine-tuning

Ability to write reliable, production-ready code following best practices

Advanced skills in Python programming

Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience optimizing and deploying deep learning models for production

Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats

English proficiency at B2+ level or above

Experience with other generative AI architectures and emerging technologies

Understanding of reinforcement learning and self-supervised learning techniques

Familiarity with MLOps tools and processes for deploying and monitoring AI models
