Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the development team in the design and implementation of .NET-based applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
- Architect and design solutions for the digital transformation of Order Management systems
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and systems
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a .NET Developer, demonstrating strong proficiency in .NET technologies
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience, showcasing the ability to guide and motivate a development team
- Experience with Angular for building dynamic and responsive web applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for cloud-based application development and deployment
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET for building robust web applications
- In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL for database design and development
- Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and retrieval
- Fluent in English at a B2+ level, enabling effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for large-scale agile development
- Knowledge of Azure App Service for scalable web application hosting
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for end-to-end application lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Entity Framework for object-relational mapping and database access
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development for seamless integration of systems
