Work closely with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and execute scalable, high-performing data strategies

Lead consulting engagements and contribute to presales activities by showcasing expertise in analytics and understanding client needs

Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements

Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying areas for improvement in governance and processes

Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, integrating them into ongoing initiatives

Assist with data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure clean, reliable data for decision-making

Communicate findings and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment among stakeholders

A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar positions in consulting

At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles like Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator

A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more individuals

Experience contributing to at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projects

Strong expertise in data platforms and a proven track record of delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with strong coding capabilities in both

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data services

Deep knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principles

Demonstrated leadership and project management experience in data-driven initiatives

Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex challenges and deliver actionable insights

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

A track record of successfully leading and delivering data projects that address business needs and achieve measurable results

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics solutions

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for effective project management
