Responsibilities
- Design and implement data software engineering solutions that meet client requirements and support business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective data integration solutions
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration processes across all systems
- Engage in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities to maintain high data quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot data integration issues promptly to uphold data integrity
- Optimize and fine-tune data integration processes to ensure enhanced performance and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a Data Software Engineer role
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Comprehensive understanding of Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
- Strong command of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark Streaming
