Responsibilities
- Provide user support onsite and remotely
- Install and configure hardware, including printers and scanners
- Communicate with network engineers and service providers
- Support meeting room technology systems
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and ticket response times
- Install and troubleshoot various software applications
- Manage and resolve incident tickets efficiently
- Maintain server room operations
- Organize IT equipment cabling
- Follow all IT-related instructions and protocols
- Keep hardware inventory records updated
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT support
- Good understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Friendly and approachable with a helpful attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to follow supervisor guidance
- Meet deadlines reliably
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like HPAM, HPSM, or ServiceNOW
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals
- Fluent in Polish
- Experience with MacOS and Linux operating systems
