A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT complemented by a substantial background in Data Science

Over 3 years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, or Architect within Agile or hybrid setups

Experience managing teams of 20 or more members

Participation in several end-to-end project cycles or major product launches

Leadership expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI

Proven qualifications in designing and deploying ML/AI solutions

Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including deep learning, statistics, and model types

Capability to engage senior stakeholders to secure project resources or funding

Outstanding communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
