8+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Science

3+ years of leadership roles, such as Lead, Manager, or Architect, in Agile or hybrid settings

Experience managing teams of 20+ members

Participation in at least 5 complete project cycles or major product launches

Extensive leadership background in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI

Proven record of designing and implementing ML/AI solutions

In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methods, and various ML models

Ability to engage senior stakeholders to secure project support or funding

Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Capability to translate complex business requirements into feasible ML/AI solutions

Familiarity with regulatory environments or experience in highly regulated industries

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
