Over 10 years of professional experience in IT with a strong focus on data science and analytics

A minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles, such as Lead, Manager, or Architect, within Agile or hybrid project environments

Proven experience managing teams of 40+ members, ensuring alignment and productivity

Participation in at least 8 full project lifecycles or experience launching 2+ products or major product capabilities to the market

Expertise in data analytics engineering, including data transformation, modeling, and visualization for actionable insights

Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and their applications in real-world scenarios

Experience in developing AI and ML strategies to solve complex business problems

Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and building machine learning pipelines

Hands-on experience with PyTorch for deep learning model development and deployment

Familiarity with TensorFlow for building and training machine learning models at scale

Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and scaling data science solutions

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

Relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or cloud platforms to demonstrate expertise

Experience in integrating data science solutions with enterprise systems to enhance business workflows
