Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment

Design and implement machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques

Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

3+ years of relevant working experience in a data analytics role

Expertise in Python and SQL

Proficiency in using data analysis packages such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Plotly, and Matplotlib

Familiarity with data ecosystem tools including Databricks and Hue

Significant experience in leading and managing comprehensive data science projects

Strong track record in designing and deploying machine learning models

Proven ability to develop and maintain analytical solutions and interactive dashboards

Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)

Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members

Background in conducting quality assurance for analytical tools

Capability to manage risks and timelines effectively in project delivery
