Spearhead the design and development of scalable, secure, and robust enterprise software systems and cloud platforms

Define and execute best practices for software development, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps workflows

Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms by applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies

Architect and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure efficiency, performance, and compliance

Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies for streamlined operations

Champion the adoption of containerized and serverless technologies such as Docker, AKS, and Azure Functions

Lead security efforts by enforcing compliance standards and conducting risk evaluations

Convert complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions and roadmaps

Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement

Investigate and incorporate generative AI technologies to enhance automation and software capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related technical roles

At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership and team management, with the ability to guide teams, influence project outcomes, and enforce technical excellence

Proven involvement in at least 2 full project cycles or participation in multiple projects spanning diverse development lifecycle phases

Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python for automation and infrastructure tasks

Strong knowledge of programming frameworks like .NET and Java, with expertise in modern application development practices

Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, including module creation and management

Advanced skills in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including service design, deployment, and optimization

Solid grasp of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including monitoring, incident handling, and performance management

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, at a B2+ level or higher
