Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of SAP FICO experts, ensuring smooth execution of operations
- Build, manage, and mentor high-performing SAP FICO teams across multiple global locations
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation
- Drive global strategic initiatives aimed at developing and expanding the SAP FICO discipline
- Develop proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP FICO projects in collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing delivery expectations, team performance, and adherence to project timelines
- Maintain deep expertise in SAP FICO, ensuring compliance with industry best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP FICO operations with broader business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems, particularly in FICO modules
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more employees
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP project implementations or experience launching a product or significant product feature to market
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and a deep understanding of software and application architecture
- Functional experience and advanced knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including financial and controlling processes
- Involvement in pre-sales activities and client engagement for SAP projects
- Proven ability to balance business and people management responsibilities effectively
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
