Provide leadership and direction to a team of SAP FICO experts, ensuring smooth execution of operations

Build, manage, and mentor high-performing SAP FICO teams across multiple global locations

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, performance evaluation, promotions, and compensation

Drive global strategic initiatives aimed at developing and expanding the SAP FICO discipline

Develop proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP FICO projects in collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders

Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing delivery expectations, team performance, and adherence to project timelines

Maintain deep expertise in SAP FICO, ensuring compliance with industry best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP FICO operations with broader business goals

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

At least 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems, particularly in FICO modules

Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator

At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more employees

Participation in at least 5 full-cycle SAP project implementations or experience launching a product or significant product feature to market

Expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and a deep understanding of software and application architecture

Functional experience and advanced knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including financial and controlling processes

Involvement in pre-sales activities and client engagement for SAP projects

Proven ability to balance business and people management responsibilities effectively

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
