Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource assignments

Champion best practices in data delivery and management across teams and departments

Ensure data integrity, reliability, and accuracy throughout all project stages

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and alignment

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in data science and analytics

At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, such as Manager, Lead, or Architect, within Agile or hybrid environments

Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 40 or more professionals across various disciplines

Experience delivering at least 8 full project cycles or bringing 2+ major products or key capabilities to market

Proven expertise in planning, overseeing, and evaluating the delivery of complex data initiatives

Skilled in developing and implementing data strategies that align with organizational goals and enable informed decision-making

Advanced abilities in data profiling to identify patterns, resolve quality issues, and enhance data usability

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral, at a professional advanced level

Certifications in delivery management frameworks, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar credentials

Advanced expertise in leveraging data platforms and tools to optimize project delivery outcomes

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application to data-focused projects
