Over 10 years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on data science and analytics

At least 5 years in leadership roles, such as Architect, Manager, or Lead, within Agile or hybrid project environments

Proven track record of managing teams of 40 or more professionals across multiple disciplines

Experience completing a minimum of 8 full project lifecycles or successfully launching 2+ major products or critical features to market

Expertise in planning, managing, and evaluating the delivery of intricate data projects

Ability to design and execute data strategies that align with business priorities and support data-driven decision-making

Proficiency in data profiling to uncover patterns, address quality concerns, and maximize data utility

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional fluency

Certifications in project delivery methodologies, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualifications

In-depth knowledge of advanced data platforms and tools to drive delivery efficiency
