Responsibilities
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects in coordination with stakeholders and senior management
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and QA professionals
- Supervise daily project operations, monitor progress, and promptly address any challenges or roadblocks
- Act as the main communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Oversee processes such as data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and Salesforce best practices
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and methods, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress
- Facilitate change management efforts and coordinate end-user training to support adoption of new Salesforce features and systems
- Continuously assess and refine project management frameworks and tools to improve outcomes and efficiency
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience working in Salesforce-related roles
- A minimum of 3 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, Lead, or Owner
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members
- Involvement in at least 5 full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching products or key product features to market
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Advanced English proficiency in both written and verbal communication, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
- Experience working with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or API-based systems
- Understanding of data migration processes and strategies for managing organizational change
