Collaborate with the Poland Primary People Partner to design and execute location strategies for specific units in Poland

Provide assistance across a spectrum of HR functions, such as employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, starting with guidance and progressing to independent responsibility

Work in partnership with the core leadership team to integrate business perspectives into everyday HR operations

Support unit management in reviewing local programs and frameworks to ensure adherence to Polish labor law

Contribute to the planning and execution of town halls and unit events, promoting active participation in office-based activities

Engage with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with different stakeholders on a variety of HR-related matters

Experience supporting HR operations in a technology or commercial setting

At least 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory position

Ability to manage pressure, handle multiple priorities, and organize tasks efficiently

Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust, fostering relationships, and providing timely, thoughtful support

Positive, proactive, confident, and energetic attitude

Proficiency in English

Good knowledge of Polish Labor Law, with hands-on experience in HR processes like onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention actions, and salary review considered a plus

Readiness to work from the office two days per week in one of these locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or Warsaw
