Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of SAP FICO professionals to ensure seamless operations
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing SAP FICO teams across global regions
- Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, evaluating performance, promotions, and compensation planning
- Drive global strategic initiatives to strengthen and expand the SAP FICO domain
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to create project proposals and statements of work
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing delivery standards, team performance, and project schedules
- Maintain in-depth expertise in SAP FICO and ensure compliance with industry best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to align SAP FICO practices with overall business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP systems, particularly FICO modules
- A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles such as Architect, Manager, Owner, or Coordinator
- Significant experience managing teams of 40 or more individuals
- Participation in at least 8 full-cycle SAP implementation projects or experience launching 2 products or key product features to market
- Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies with a solid understanding of software and application architecture principles
- Advanced functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including financial and controlling processes
- Experience in pre-sales activities and direct client engagement for SAP-related projects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively balance technical responsibilities with business and team management tasks
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
