Collaborate with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data strategies

Lead consulting engagements and support presales activities by showcasing expertise in analytics and understanding client requirements

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer expectations

Assess data quality and availability to identify opportunities for improvement in governance and processes

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and incorporate them into active projects

Support data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure clean and actionable data for decision-making

Present insights and strategies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences to maintain alignment among stakeholders

At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar consulting positions

A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator

At least 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more members

Experience participating in at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projects

Strong knowledge of data platforms and hands-on experience delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools

Proficiency in SQL and Python with advanced coding capabilities in both

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data services

Expertise in data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principles

Proven leadership and project management experience in data-focused initiatives

Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and deliver actionable insights

Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering data projects that address business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

Certifications in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Hands-on experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka

Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics solutions

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for effective project management

Ability to lead workshops, deliver presentations, and conduct client-facing training sessions
