Background in SAP Retail, addressing purchasing and sales processes

Proficiency in examining complex configurations, business logic, and custom code within SAP Forecasting and Replenishment solutions

Competency to address escalations and handle critical incidents through SAP methodologies

Capability to interpret technical documentation and convey meaningful business insights to stakeholders

Qualifications in both written and spoken English communication (B2 level or higher)
