Document and map end-to-end business processes and workflows within Salesforce

Assist in developing and executing test plans to validate system functionality and performance

Ensure data integrity and solution compliance with business requirements

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment

Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on Salesforce functionalities

Experience in Salesforce Consulting with 3+ years in business analysis

Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Salesforce CPQ and Configuration

Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows

Effective communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams

Experience in developing and executing test plans

Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and solution compliance

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

English proficiency at B2+ level
