Lead Epics end-to-end from inception to production launch

Coordinate between Engineering and Product teams to align technical and business priorities

Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices

Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Analyze and deep-dive into modern web technologies to support decision-making

Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as necessary

Support the planning and execution of project deliverables

Maintain documentation related to project scope, timelines, and technical requirements

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes

Engage stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements

Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes

Report project status and updates to senior management

Resolve conflicts and promote a productive team environment

At least 2 years of experience in delivery management

Hands-on experience with Java

Strong leadership skills with ability to influence engineering and product teams

Proven track record managing software projects through full SDLC

Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering

Hands-on development experience with understanding of modern web technologies

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level)

Ability to bridge technical depth with business priorities

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience with Agile methodologies or similar project frameworks
