Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA testers
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, track progress, and address issues or obstacles proactively
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, data security protocols, and Salesforce best practices
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Facilitate change management initiatives and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce systems and features
- Continuously review and enhance project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce-related roles
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, Lead, or Owner
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams with 20 or more members
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching products or key product capabilities to market
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities
- Proven experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or API-based solutions
- Knowledge of data migration processes and change management strategies
