Responsibilities
- Manage and lead scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Raise, track, communicate and escalate risks promptly
- Involve deeply in team and project day-to-day activities
- Remove blockers and coach team to overcome impediments
- Collect and report on project and team metrics
- Facilitate meetings ensuring their effectiveness
- Manage project scope and maintain backlog health with product owners
- Manage stakeholders and align their expectations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the team and stakeholders
- Coach the scrum team to achieve higher scrum maturity levels
- Provide coaching and training to team members as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager managing multiple teams with complex dependencies
- Strong knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Sense of ownership and responsibility with a team-player mindset
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused amidst distractions
- Strong analytical and quick thinking abilities
- Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
- Knowledge of techniques to fill gaps in Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with successful Agile techniques and implementations
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
