Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users locally and remotely
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and peripherals
- Collaborate with network engineers and service providers for issue resolution
- Maintain technology setups in meeting rooms
- Ensure prompt handling of support tickets and SLA adherence
- Install and fix software issues
- Manage incident tickets and respond quickly
- Supervise server room maintenance
- Manage and arrange IT cabling
- Comply with IT work instructions and standards
- Keep hardware inventory up to date
Requirements
- At least 2 years in IT support roles
- Good knowledge of networking basics and troubleshooting
- Expertise in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented with a readiness to assist colleagues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Open to learning new technologies and tackling challenges
- Capable of performing under pressure
- Ready to follow instructions from supervisors
- Focused on meeting deadlines and completing tasks
- Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW or similar ITSM platforms
- Understanding of IT security practices
- Proficient in Polish language
- Experience with MacOS and Linux systems
