Responsibilities
- Guide the technical vision and implementation of full-stack solutions
- Oversee code quality and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable applications
- Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain high system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Proficiency with Amazon Web Services
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Strong skills in ReactJS
- Familiarity with Redux for state management
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Java
- Understanding of REST API design and integration
- Familiarity with Spring Boot
