Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams using scrum and Agile frameworks
- Monitor project timelines and progress
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks promptly
- Participate actively in daily team and project tasks
- Eliminate blockers and mentor teams to overcome impediments
- Gather and analyze key project metrics
- Conduct efficient and productive meetings
- Control project scope and collaborate with product owners to manage backlog
- Engage stakeholders and align expectations effectively
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Address and resolve team conflicts quickly
- Coach teams to enhance scrum maturity
- Provide training and guidance to team members as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Strong sense of ownership with collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring capabilities
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
- Self-driven with focus amidst distractions
- Skilled in analytical thinking and quick decision making
- Competent in conflict prevention and resolution
- Knowledgeable in Agile and Scrum gap identification techniques
- Proven success with Agile methodologies
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Previous experience in financial services sector
- Background in supporting Agile transformation efforts in projects or organizations
