Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies including PI planning, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective

Participate in Scrum of scrums and PO Sync Ups to highlight risks and dependencies

Work closely with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories according to team capacity

Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments through coordination and creative thinking

Track dependencies across multiple teams and collaborate with other scrum masters to resolve them

Analyze sprint data to determine potential risks of meeting sprint goals

Monitor and track Agile metrics and take appropriate actions

Guide and coach the scrum team on Agile practices and principles to deliver quality and business value

Assist with internal communication to improve transparency and radiate information

Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Evaluate current ART level practices and collaborate with RTE to implement improvements

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field

At least 2 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team

Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

Experience with projects involving the installation and rollout of collaboration tools such as Zoom and other VOIP tools

Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework

Ability to track and manage dependencies effectively

Proficiency in analyzing Agile metrics and sprint data

Capable of guiding teams in Agile principles to ensure delivery of business value

Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and cross-team collaboration

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Experience with Jira
