Responsibilities
- Assist end users both locally and remotely with IT-related issues
- Set up, configure, and resolve problems with computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate with service providers and network engineers for technical support
- Maintain and manage technology in meeting rooms
- Monitor and ensure timely responses to support tickets and compliance with service level agreements
- Install and resolve issues with software programs
- Administer incident ticket management and provide prompt solutions
- Supervise server room upkeep
- Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
- Follow all IT work instructions and established procedures
- Keep hardware inventory records current and accurate
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong skills in Microsoft OS troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented approach and willingness to help colleagues with IT concerns
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Openness to learning new technologies and responding to new challenges
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Willingness to follow directions from supervisors
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and completing tasks on time
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
Nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience with HPAM, HPSM, ServiceNOW, or similar ITSM platforms
- Awareness of IT security practices
- Proficiency in Polish language
- Background working with MacOS and Linux operating systems
