Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks to guarantee timely completion and quality adherence
- Complete project deliverables in line with stakeholder requirements
- Control project scope through accurate requirements traceability
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Negotiate terms and resolve conflicts among project participants
- Adjust project strategies based on evolving business and project needs
- Apply best practices within the Software Development Life Cycle
- Break down project scope into actionable tasks and milestones
- Manage budget and costs to maximize resource efficiency
- Work closely with product management and business analysis to align objectives
- Maintain self-motivation and discipline to achieve project goals independently

- Track operational, financial, and strategic factors affecting projects
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Proven leadership abilities in managing teams and delivery processes
- Demonstrated success in completing projects on schedule
- Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and uncertainties
- Proficient negotiation skills to handle conflicts and reach agreements
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience managing backlogs and working with business and functional requirements
- Knowledge of organizational operational, financial, and strategic elements
- Capability to coordinate efficiently with technical personnel
- Self-driven with strong discipline for independent work
- Excellent skills in managing relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs
